Each year during the Lion's Gate portal we gather on the volcanic island of Ometepe to enter a ceremonial field devoted to remembrance, regeneration, and the emergence of a new blueprint for humanity.
This is more than a retreat. It is a ceremonial convergence that moves through preparation, transmission, embodiment, collaboration, and integration.
Designed for visionaries, artists, healers, architects, builders, creatives, land stewards, and those devoted to a more beautiful future, we gather to explore the meeting point between Earth and Stars, ancient wisdom and emerging possibility.
At the heart of the convergence is a shared intention: to receive what is ready to emerge through each of us, and to translate that wisdom into living projects, communities, sanctuaries, and ways of being that serve the future.
𓂀 WHY NOW : LION'S GATE? 𓄂𓆃
We are living through a time of profound change.
Many people can feel that the old systems are no longer sustainable — and are searching for more connected, meaningful, and regenerative ways of living.
This convergence is devoted to exploring what becomes possible when we gather with intention, creativity, beauty, ceremony, and relationship with the Earth.Instead of seeing Lion's Gate as simply an astrological event, we approach it as a ceremonial threshold.
For thousands of years the heliacal rising of Sirius marked the ancient Kemetic New Year, coinciding with the flooding of the Nile and the renewal of life. Across many Indigenous traditions, August is likewise honoured as a time of fertility, gratitude, and relationship with the Earth.
This convergence brings these threads together.
The number 8 represents the octave—a return at a higher frequency. Ometepe itself reflects this teaching. Formed by two volcanoes, the island resembles the infinity symbol, embodying the continual movement between Earth and Sky, receiving and offering, death and rebirth.
This year also marks the anniversary of the first Blue Lotus planting with the Kogi Mamo on August 8, 2025. We return to continue listening to what has been growing through the land and the field ever since.
WHY OMETEPE?
Ometepe has long been regarded as a place of initiation.
It is not simply the location of the convergence—it is one of its teachers.
Formed by two volcanoes rising from Lake Cocibolca, the island has long been recognised as a place of initiation, pilgrimage, and ceremony. Ancient petroglyphs, volcanic waters, cloud forests, and the living intelligence of the land create a unique environment for deep transformation.
Throughout the convergence we work in relationship with the island itself, allowing the landscape to become an active participant in the process.
THE 8 PILLARS
This is a space for both mystical insight and grounded application.
A place where vision can move toward form.
Throughout the gathering, participants will attune to and contribute to a living morphic field connected to the sacred Blue Lotus and the emerging field of sanctuaries.
The true strain of Nymphaea Caerulea Blue Lotus planted within the volcanic waters and lands of Ometepe continues to thrive and grow through prayer, devotion, and ceremony — becoming a living bridge between the Earth, the waters, and the awakening blueprint now emerging through this field.
This is an energetic collaborative blueprint shaped by the visions, architectural concepts, philosophies, conversations, transmissions, discoveries, and creative exchanges that emerge throughout the convergence.
These are visions, doors and portals opening within us so that we ourselves become living blueprint activators for Earth’s new infrastructure with our expanded rainbow light field.

This is an emerging sanctuary ecosystem devoted to healing, remembrance, education, creativity, ceremony, and relationship with the living Earth.
At the heart of the sanctuary is the understanding that healing happens through relationship: with nature, beauty, body, community, ritual, and with spaces intentionally designed to restore coherence to the human system.
Blue Lotus serves as one of the central threads within this field — not only as a sacred plant ally and ceremonial teacher, but as a symbol of remembrance, nervous system softening, intuitive opening, emotional healing, sensuality, and spiritual communion.
The sanctuary is intended to function as a living temple ecosystem — where people can come to rest, heal, learn, create, reconnect with nature, and receive deeper guidance for their lives and paths forward.
Still in its seedling phase, this convergence is part of listening to what wants to emerge through the land, the people, and the collective field gathering here.
The vision is connected to our temple work in Egypt and the restoration of the ancient relationship with the Blue Lotus and the wisdom traditions of Kemet.
We are also exploring how Sesen Sanctuary may cross-pollinate with other aligned sanctuary and temple spaces emerging around the world — creating threads of connection between those devoted to a more conscious and regenerative future.
Where sacred geometry, bioarchitecture, sound, water, ceremony, ecological intelligence, and community coexist as one living prayer.

Therese Maree Lowton is a multidimensional artist, designer, healer, and community builder. Co-founder of Momentom Collective, Sesen Temple, and the Nuba Dessa regeneration project, her work bridges ceremonial arts, sound, embodiment, regenerative living, sacred sites, and consciousness exploration to create transformative spaces for healing, remembrance, and collective evolution.
Through retreats, ceremonies, sound journeys, and visionary gatherings, she explores the meeting point between ancient wisdom and emerging future culture.
Vilina Malka
Vilina Malka is a ceremonial guide, intuitive healer, artist, and co-creator of Sesen Temple whose work bridges energetic healing, sacred remembrance, and consciousness exploration.
Through ceremony, sound, intuitive transmission, and emotional alchemy, she creates spaces for healing, transformation, and deeper connection — weaving together ancient wisdom, feminine mysticism, and multidimensional awareness.
Swami Chidananda (Guest Facilitator)
Swami Chidananda is a spiritual educator and monk, holding the distinguished title of Swami.
He carries profound knowledge of the Vedic traditions, and communicates them in a way that feels grounded, modern, and genuinely relatable.
Before entering the spiritual path, he had a successful career in finance and as an entrepreneur. Now, he uses his experiences to convey the ancient Yoga Systems in a relatable and accessible way for those seeking to reconcile Western and Eastern philosophies.
